Description
cotton lavender plant Santolina chamaecyparissusPungent small leaved grey foliage on a dense short 18 inch shrub with yellow button flowers in early summer. Very drought tolerant, plant in full sun. Grows well in any soil. Moth deterrent. Prune heavily after bloom to keep neat. Takes heavy pruning well, so it is easy to use as a hedge or knot garden component.
